Lead Qualifier - (Roles & Responsibilities)
Reporting Manager: Business Manager
Purpose of the job (brief summary):
A Lead Qualifier main role is to be responsible for building initial relationships with potential clients, to gather information, qualify and, when the buyer is ready, hand off to the Major Account Sales team, through appointment setting. It is crucial that you track the prospects that you are working with all the way to a meeting with the Key Account Team, back into marketing for further nurturing or for continued nurturing by you. You will be measured on number of leads you accurately qualify and the sales you help identify.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Receive Sales Leads from various sources such as Indiamart, Mails, Inquiry Forms and IVR
Organize Sales Leads and Customer Contacts CRM System
Re-contact Sales Leads from un-responsive Prospects
Ask basic questions specific to Prospects in Target Industries to help clarify design specs, requirements, and usage
Maintain consistent communication with Sales Managers and Sales Team Members to help assign Primary Sales Contacts to Qualified Sales Leads
Facilitate warm Live Transfers to Sales Team Members who will serve as Primary Sales Contacts
Organize lists of Lead Contacts through CRM System
Divert individual customers/Single product inquiry to our online store and close the deals
Look after support inquires and resolve them with the help of the operations team.

Experience & Education:
B-Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
At least 1-3 years of work experience in Lead Qualifier role.
Previous experience with B2B product Industry
Communication skills + Soft Skills, B2B Industry exp. Will be preferred
